What’s new in 1.3.0

Resolved a crash that occurred before the first frame was rendered on iOS. A Firebase Crashlytics method was being invoked in the error handler prior to Firebase initialization completing, causing a StateError that manifested as a blank screen. Fixed with an initialization guard flag. Also isolated the Android-only Mobile Wallet Adapter service to prevent plugin registration failures on iOS
